Thank you for shopping with Fiendworks Studio! Every order is carefully 3D printed, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.


Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Custom, personalized, or high-demand items may require additional production time. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.


Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are calculated during checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Fiendworks Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately so we can update it.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Fiendworks Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Looking around your delivery location
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary

We will gladly assist by providing shipment details whenever possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

At this time, Fiendworks Studio primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, shipping rates, customs fees, taxes, and import duties will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory, production schedules, or packaging requirements.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.
