At Fiendworks Studio, every item is carefully 3D printed, inspected, and packaged before shipment. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make every order a great experience.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging whenever possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products
• Made-to-order items
• Digital products or downloads
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll work quickly to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We gladly replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you’d like to exchange an item for another color or product, please contact us before placing a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or shipment.

Once production has begun or an item has shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.

3D Printed Product Notice

Because our products are created using additive manufacturing (3D printing), minor layer lines, small surface variations, and slight color differences are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process. These cosmetic variations do not affect the functionality or quality of the product and are not considered defects.
